Quick Update with this whole Coronavirus pandemic: Government has announced that if possible only one per family can go to the grocery store. So guess who's stuck at home for good now? Yea, me! Quick story, I recently did go to the store and it was sad and scary to watch that almost everybody in that store had a face mask. Literally a couple of months ago, stores were packed and peoples were fine. Now it's empty and people covered for their health protection. My parents still try not to go to the store as much but if they have to, they will go and i'm stuck at home with my little siblings. But to be honest it's not as bad as it sounds. Yes, I mostly have to keep an eye open for my 3 year old brother because my sister is old enough to do things on her own. So all i've been doing is netflixing it or watching youtube, painting, playing video games, or doing school work teachers have assigned. Also, i've tried to stay healthy while all this crisis, But is it hard? Yes, it is actually. Especially when you're just laying in bed or in the couch watching something, usually i get up and get a snack. And that ruins the eating healthy streak.
Thankfully, I still workout every day though. But i need to get
my eating stuff together. Here are the tables:
